oldie but goodie with filter

did this while back, but I thought I would post it for the world to see. I used film grain filter on the drawing, just because I felt like it.

I am always learning to use photoshop, so here I experimented with brushes and layering. It was random doodling, but something started to shape up, so I went with it.
